What is virgin hair?
Virgin hair is hair that has not been colored, bleached, permed, chemically straightened or treated in any way. All of our hair is in it's natural state and guaranteed to be in correct cuticle alignment.
How many bundles will I need to purchase?
For a full install, the average person needs about 10oz (300g). 8oz is recommended for a partial install. Recommendation:
12” to 14” about 2 bundles recommended
16” to 22” about 3 bundles recommended
24”to 30'' about 4 bundles recommended
***If you want a celebrity weave with a lot of volume and layers, you will need 4-5 bundles of hair.
How is the length measured?
-The straight textures are measured true to length.
-The curly & wavy textures are measured when hair is fully stretched.
Can this hair be flat ironed/curled?
YES! Our hair is 100% Virgin Human Hair, so treat it as your own. You can curl and straighten the hair as desired. (Please be Advised: The hair may lose some of the curl pattern with repetition of thermal styling.)
Can this hair be colored?
YES! You can color our hair. Our hair is 100% Virgin Human Hair. However, it will no longer be virgin once you chemically process the hair. We suggest you consult a professional if you wish to have your new hair colored.
What does “co-wash” mean?
Co-Washing, also known as conditioner washing, is a way to clean the hair without the use of shampoo. Washing your hair with conditioner, or co-washing, is often considered very good for curly hair. Co-washing consists of cleansing the hair with a MOISTURIZING conditioner, without the use of harsh shampoo.
Do the knots come bleached on the lace closures?
No, the knots do not come bleached. Bleaching the knots is something that we would rather our clients do to ensure that it is bleached to your satisfaction.
Do you have a store where I can pick-up my hair?
No. All items must be ordered online at www.GlamHerHairStudio.com and we will ship your order to you. No exceptions.

What payment methods do you accept?
Luxuriant Lengths virgin hair|by GlamHer accepts all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Items will not be shipped until transaction clears and payment is received.

We are available via APPOINTMENT ONLY Monday-Saturday for hair appointments!

Which shipping methods do you use?
We utilize the United States Post Office (USPS) for standard shipping or FedEx for overnight shipping. Be aware that the fees you'll incur by shipping FedEx will be higher than the fee for utilizing USPS. Overnight shipping costs typically range from $45 to $110, depending on your location. All overnight orders MUST be placed before 2pm EST. There are no overnight orders on weekends (Sat/Sun).
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do ship Internationally. Please be advised that the International shipping rates are higher than the rates to ship within the U.S. Luxuriant Lengths virgin hair|by GlamHer is NOT responsible for any fees (customs or taxes) associated with your shipment upon receipt of your delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Typically, your hair/products will be shipped 24-48 hours after order completion. You will receive your order within 5-7 business days, excluding holidays. We will email your tracking number once your hair has been shipped. If it is a special order, or hair that is not in stock, please allow 7-10 business days.
What is the return/exchange policy?
NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. The items must be mailed for exchange in it's original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The item being exchanged must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be intact. If you want to exchange an item you will need to email us to get the correct code associated with your exchange.
***We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way.
Items meeting the above conditions may be exchanged within 7 days of the receipt.
****There is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGES on hair that we custom color for you. Due to the fact that the hair has been altered specifically for you, we cannot resale the product and it is therefore non-exchangeable.
